We were originally told by the World Health Organization that they were.
Well the World Health Organization said Covid wasn't transmissible; so we can pretty safely assume WHO is bullshiting on this too.
I saw a rant by a woman that she she has to say she is cis woman so that people know she is female by birth and she thought it very unreasonable a minority should take over her entire gender.
Aside from being sympathetic, I think she is bloody right.
Another woman was pissed off that at a natal clinic she had to fill in whether she was Cis or trans.
And every mother has been badly pissed off that on birth certificates 'mother' has been removed and replaced with 'Birthing Parent'.
It is all very well that trans feel like a woman but they can't menstruate and can't birth, so it is toxic BS.
It's not that simple. Sexual orientation is a preference and not enough is known about how we acquire our preferences. Are we born attracted to blondes? Are we born attracted to a specific race? It's probably a combination of both to some extent.
Yes, if sexual orientation was a choice, then I believe most women would choose not to be heterosexual.
The age of sexual consent is 18. This means that an individual is considered capable of making their own choices after the 18 years it took them to reach adulthood. But then the question is: in what kind of environment were they raised?
How does that relate to the question?

Yes, sexual orientation is a persistent characteristic that seems for the most part to be congenital, although the expression of that is generally delayed until early adolescence. People that think that sexual orientation is a personal choice are looking for a way to blame people who have a sexual orientation that they don't approve of.
Our baser compulsions are innate. But those compulsions are not the only influences on our behavior. Just because i have the compulsion to eat an entire pizza in one sitting, that doesn’t mean that i have to.
Gay and lesbian, yes. I don't think heterosexuals or homosexuals consciously choose to be. Their orientation is innate.
Transgender, no. I don't think there is any such thing as transgender.
I voted Yes, but it is sort of both. The person is definitely born with it, but WHY they are born with it can be influenced by the environment which can induce congenital issues.
Probably a combination of factors. Genetics, stuff that happens in the womb, stuff that happens growing up, food, water, hormones etc.
If people are born LGBTQ it may be possible in the future to screen for that and abort lgbtq babies.
There is only one sexual orientation. That is between men and women. Anything else only exists because somthing went wrong.
No. They CHOOSE to pervert themselves, because they reject God's commandments.
There's the third option of emergence. It's however your brains ends up as from the accumulation of factors and there is no strong correlation out there.
i'm not sure.
Yes, that's exactly what I think.
There are examples tht support both theories.
What else WOULD they be... learned?
Studies with twins shows its a bit of both.
Yes.
