Donald Trump once said this American television actor and anchor looks like shit. This persons name is Lawrence O’Donnell.

To me it sounds like Donald Trump was basically trying to call him ugly.

I know this person is a Donald Trump supporter because I have seen them post on other questions and their comments are always in support of Donald Trump.

It might mean ugly but I think most often it means they look tired or like they slept in their clothes or something like that.

by the way when don’t get enough sleep I get called “raccoony” but I doubt that is common!

Not really.. I've been told that I look like shit when I've been tired and dirty, and the person who called me and said I looked like shit was right. It was just temporary.
