Yes, strength is power. If you know what to do with it. But stupid can squander power. Power that is never used by someone too timid to take action is useless. Of course we all know that unconstrained concentration of power leads to corruption every time. And in the end, misuse of power will cause a correction to arrive at your doorstep. Handle power with care.

It can be but depends on how and why it is applied. Strength in the support of others is power to keep the collective welfare functioning but strength used to dominate is not the same
