No. The background checks aren’t the problem. The problem is bad behavior for which people seem to think that they are entitled to dodge responsibility. If people don’t like negative consequences, then they should avoid bad behavior. The solution is definitely not to eliminate the negative consequences.

the results of the check means the decision is for action. not skin color. if the decision was skin color then knew black before the background check. that would be prejudice.
