God i would want to hurt anyone that hurt my child and if I were there in the moment, I most likely would resort to extreme violence (not killing them, but definitely causing harm)

If they have already been caught then I wouldn't do anything because I dont want to be separated from my child with an arrest.

If they were yet to be arrested, you can guarantee I would be fighting with law enforcement until they did something to get a predator off the streets.

Id also get my child counseling to give them a safe place (aside from their parents of course) to talk it out.

So in all I would say no it isn't OK, but i totally understand why someone would and I wouldn't fault them

It's understandable why someone would be in that frame of mind to do such a thing and I doubt I'm alone in nodding approval but end of the day it is illegal and the parent would end up jailed and seperated from their child.

People that say things like this can't get past their initial anger at the initial description. Every once in awhile you get the parent who actually shoots the guy in the courthouse or something ridiculous like that but that's few and far between.

If I had a kid and they were raped then the rapist will be executed and that’s it. If the cops get to them first then they get killed when they get out of jail. If it wasn’t rape then I’ll come up with another severe consequence like cutting off their hand or something
