It’s these types of situations that make me try not to take one side or the other. My opinion has nothing to do with religion. But in this situation I believe that an abortion is justified. But if someone is careless and becomes pregnant because they didn’t take appropriate actions to prevent it then I don’t agree with an abortion. HOWEVER, that’s just MY PERSONAL OPINION. I don’t think that the government should be the ones making that decision.
I never answer these types of questions because I prefer to keep my options on sensitive topics private. But In this case I’m supporting the asked because I know how important this topic is to her. Much respect. ❤️

I was kidnapped and molested as a kid. So I have a damn good idea of how much damage sexual assault does to someone. The idea of forcing a girl or woman to carry the child of their rapists is only going to increase the damage done. As bad as it sounds I wouldn't be surprised of a rape victim simply decided to kill herself if you told her she has to carry the child.

In my opinion, I don't think that a rape victim should be forced to have the baby. Unfortunately, that means that the baby dies, which is a tragedy. :(
But I also think that the rapist should die.

In the case of a minor then yes, it is definitely rape.

Otherwise false accusations will skyrocket in order for a woman to have an abortion because she was reckless with who she had sex with and with her contraceptions.

I did. I would say that abortion is fine if it is a minor.

Older than that, then getting that abortion will likely involve the violation of an *actual* constitutional right, due process, because the courts are notorious for taking ages to look at your case. If you can have the courts establish guilt before you give birth to the child then I would be fine with it.

If your "right" potentially violates the rights of others by using it responsibly, it's not a right but a privilege.
