I think the USA model is extremist Capitalism at any cost. Profits are the only thing that matter.

Profits from selling fast foods.
Profits from selling processed foods.
Profits from selling Coke, Pepsi, and Mountain Dew.
Profits from putting high fructose corn syrup in everything.
Profits from advertising that depends on keeping people glued to the couch and their TV or phone.
Profits from the pharmaceutical industry treating obesity, heart disease, and diabetes caused by a deadly diet of fat/sugar/salt and a sedentary physical routine.

So yeah, I think there is an indirect decision to treat the 99% of the population outside of the few people at the top like farm animals to be slaughtered for profit.

And no it is NOT the "govamint" orchestrating some grand plan. Why is everyone so blind to the people really pulling the strings? It's the 1%. The "govamint" is simply a tool the 1% bought to facilitate their only plan... MORE WEALTH. The side effect of hundreds of millions of people existing in misery until they die early is only an afterthought at best. Like a million chickens a day having their heads cut off and their bodies processed for sale. It's just a way to make money. The "how of it" doesn't matter.

They want everyone to be in a diaper unable to walk and watching Netflix on a screen all day eating doordash deliver.

It's like the disney movie "WALL-E". They want weak, retard, and depended on a robot to takecare of you.

They have size 8 diapers which is ridiculous a kid should be out of those in like a year in a half 2 years max.

The parents just doordash boxes of diapers and send their kids to kindergarten and expect the teacher to deal with that.

And when they are high school they just sit in class and because george w bushes policy no child get left behind the just sends to 12th grade while they are reading on a 3rd grade level.

Basically they are preparing for when AI care takers that monitor you 24/7.

They don't want you to know to read because that is how they keep people staying a slave and they can be your master. That is what all this technology is for.

US gov would start caring if healthcare budget was public. Because then bad diets, and cardiovascular diseases associated, would become gov's problem to manage.

But as long as healthcare is each citizen's problem then gov doesn't need to worry about McD's impact?

In any capitalism the idea is to make consumers consume everything else is 2nd so yes, though you can't stop this problem anyway without ya know extreme measures which citizens also don't want. So equal blame is also on the people.

No. People have to eat so if they decide to switch to more healthy options then they will. Someone will make money selling food and McDonald’s will offer more healthy options as well.
