Should a woman be punished for hiding a man’s biological child from him?

I've just been inspired by the paternity fraud question, where the woman consciously made a man raise a child that's not his.

What about cases where the woman deliberately (she's not in danger and she even admits it was done in anger and resentment towards the man) withhelds information from a man about his child and raised the kid on her own, not wanting the man.

- She lies about her child being from a casual encounter while knowing who the father is but lies about, never tells him, decides to raise the kid on her own. I knew someone that never knew he had a child and was very furious when he find found out 8 years later. Th

- Man already tested his child, it's 99.99 his and she keeps throwing him out of the house or inventing stories about how he's a deadbeat father, trying to get her family against him. She's refusing his paternity rights.

If she was never in any real danger, has admitted to do it out of spite and bitterness towards the man (even going far as lying to her child that her father abandoned her when she was pregnant and never wanted her) and made the decision to raise the kid on her own, should that be punished as well too?

Under the current standards, yes it should be punishable by law for a woman to kidnap her own child and/or alienate the father. This would be consistent application of the law. When men kidnap their own child or alienate the mother, it IS punishable by law. It’s extremely rare for women to be punished for the same crimes though. More of that female privilege feminists will insist doesn’t exist.
This is to say nothing of the damage to the child. Kids benefit tremendously from having the influence of both parents in their lives. The statistics strongly suggest that if a child must be raised in a single parent home, single father households are significantly more beneficial to the children than single mother households. If “what is best for the child” was truly the bar, then women wouldn’t get custody in over 90% of contested cases. There is institutionalized sexism at work, but it is entirely gynocentric. The system prioritizes women over men AND children. Every suggestion that it needs to change is characterized as institutionalized misogyny. It plays well on our deeply rooted patriarchal values, but if people understood the data then they would laugh at such assertions.

Absolutely if it’s willfully knowing who the real father is and she withholds that information that should be criminal especially if one man goes years paying for a kid that isn’t his meanwhile another man never met his biological child that’s sick behavior.

Women who have nothing to hide generally aren’t against mandated paternity testing, besides that who wants their child to grow up and unknowingly marry their own sibling or cousin? (I have a story about that) as well as the deep emotional pain that is caused to that child when they learn who their real dad is.

In this case he needs to get a good attorney these type of women are usually very narcissistic and have zero remorse and feel a million percent entitled to act the way they’re acting, don’t get me wrong they choose to do and act the way they do. So there isn’t any sense in reasoning with someone who’s unreasonable because it can’t be done. She’s using scare tactics and playing the victim as a means to get what she wants.

Wouldn't that only apply to the pregnancy not the child as a whole? You can't get an abortion for a 4 year old kid, it's definitely not "your body" after it has been born.
