What if i was the richest person on earth and i built the biggest company on earth, would my country be the best place in earth?

No. It would help but one company is not *enuf. A superior country has massive industry. When u. s. runs out of missiles we make more.

But i say economy is not "best". Even best economy is not really best if people suffer like china or saudi. Or egypt jail for blasphemy!

No. Not how it works.

South Korea, Japan and China are the most superior countries to live, these days. but it's not due to any one person.

Rather, the way society itself works in those places to make them technologically and culturally superior.

You seem to assume that technology and wealth automatically equates to a better life for everyone. AI, the internet, nuclear weapons, and human nature would seem to give us a reason to pause and think about that assumption.

it depends on how well the citizens are treated. Do they have opportunities to improve their lives? Do they have basic freedoms?
