Despite overwhelming evidence the British government has denied that illegal aliens that have flooded the country have been committing heinous crimes like rape and murder.
The ruling class still won't fess up to their betrayal of their citizens at least they created a "How To" pamphlet designed to stop the problem. It would be funny if it was not so dangerous.

@purplepoppy suggested that it would be a good idea for these booklets to be distributed to the ordinary UK citizens as well as the aliens, so it looks like everything in the "civilized" UK has gone to hell in a handbasket. Should everyone get the governments how to behave handbook?
I would just say that it’s inherently wrong to even really be hyper-aware of, let alone attempting to be restrictive of, the demographic makeup of the society you live in. Good and decent people don’t pay attention to things like that. Who populates any region or country is entirely irrelevant to me. I can live amongst anyone, and shame on anyone who can’t.
It may surprise you to know the British were committing crimes long before the immigrants came. Many areas long had a reputation as being no go areas full of criminals and neverdowells. Ironically it tends to be these areas that bitch about migrants the most.
The booklet is actually quite clever. It's the same logic why your job makes you read stuff on your first day about washing your hands before touching food or not sending dick pics through email, it stops people claiming they didn't know and it gives them a tool to use against you

To travel to the UK, a non-UK citizen must apply for and get an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). It's done online, costs a few dollars, and usually takes just a few minutes. I got one when I traveled to the UK last year.
Maybe the UK should include this booklet with the ETA. The applicant would have to download it and check a box that they have read it in order to get the ETA.
What is the sudden difference of rape is a crime punishable by imprisionment. It's always been a crime.
Men have been raping women probably since the beginning of time - at least since the caveman days.

Not just the UK. Germans were told to cover their daughters before walking to school, “so as not to create any misunderstandings.” France and The Netherlands have maps for residents and tourists to avoid the “No-Go Zones.”
