I wish we could but anti vaccine conspiracy poison the well on this. Malaria the single largest killer in human history larger then world wars killed 650,000 people last year.

Covid19 killed million extra in usa alone the first year. It over loaded ER when people were staying home but heart attacks and car accidents still happened.

Covid19 is so much more dangerous because it's not "that deadly." Ebola is 50/50 deadly but on a global danger scale is less dangerous then Covid19 because Ebola makes you so sick you can't get out of bed and only transfer with blood.

Doctor need to know how to discuss with colleagues. They also need to abandoned all that logic and address a nation what to do.

Any conversation that does not specifically include AND FEATURE the hospital staff, workers, nurses, doctors and people who put the dead from Covid into body bags, is a waste of time. The number of GAG ´´scientists´´ on here, and the number of mRNA experts and virologists on here, is just astounding.

Cuomo put non infected elderly people in nursing homes in with the infected people killing hundreds of people needlessly.
In my crazy state the governor made it about race. He set up vaccine clinics in minority neighborhoods.

Furthermore, providing the vaccine to the elderly first is just plain common sense. That's what they did in my province and everywhere else that I've heard of. @Danzigdawson Cuomo absolutely put the infected patients in with the uninfected ones and many people died. Where I lived the vaccine was distributed according to race. When it was first released it was only available at a few locations. The governor thought that the black community was undeserved so he set up vaccine clinics in black communities. White people ended up going to those clinics because they were not crowded.

@exitseven Well, once again, reality and facts tells us that most nursing homes that received COVID stricken patients following Cuomo's directive already had documented infections amongst the staff or residents prior to the transferts and studies found little evidence that hospital transfers of Covid infected patients were the primary cause of the total nursing home death toll.

Besides, which states were the ultimate champions in excess deaths? You've guessed it: all red states run by republican assholes. Ducey in Arizona, Dunleavy in Alaska, Kemp in Georgia, Abbott in Texas, McMaster in South Carolina.

As for your story about you being the poor little innocent victim of racial injustice against whites (again), who gives a shit?
