In response to my late term abortion question, and the responses I got, should a mother be allowed to kill her just born baby?

Especially considering the Lindsay Clancy case, and all Of the TikTok mom's, copycats, and recently Casey Anthony's attorney taking a case where the mom hung her kids, using the Lindsay Clancy case as a defense. I'm wondering if women believe they should be able to kill thier children, and if so, at what age is it considered murder?

I do know for a fact that if the genders were reversed, and the killer were male, the guilty virdict would be instant and he would have zero support.

of course after birth is a separate human life. even before cut umbilical cord. but i say the same baby born, was the one inside who also should be a crime to kill. back and back earlier and earlier until it is 'not more complex than a few cells.' it is layers of various cells by a few weeks not a 'clump'.

since this line is hard to define -we logicly must start from fertilization when chromosome total is human total.

Proven mental illness does not mean being legally insane. People with hallucinations still know right from wrong and therefore go to prsion. Clancy knew it was wrong or else she wouldn't send away the husband and try to sewer-slide herself right after. It doesn't matter what hallucinations and pains she was in, legally she knew it was wrong and still did it. I disagree about the way government works as a whole but if we stick to the current legal system then she is in fact more guilty than a dindu nuffin stabber who is genuinely so low-iq he didn't know that stabbing kills people.

That’s the whole purpose of feminism: women above all. Men are the enemy and children are only valuable if they are useful. It’s a supremacy movement and it always has been. Women demand all of the power, rights, freedoms and privileges with none of the responsibilities, sacrifices and accountability that men have.

No one is having or ever has had third trimester abortions except when the fetus is not viable or the mother's life is at risk.

Late term abortions are end-of-life decisions for the terminally ill by the incontrovertible next of kin, not just for fun. Doctors wouldn't perform them otherwise.
