I am almost 58 and I have never seen one person try to cheat in elections like this. Closing polling stations in Texas so Black and Hispanic people can't vote, Trying to buy votes for $5000, Redistricting swing states before census, Using Postal Service to stop mail in ballots, and using ICE to intiminate voters.

You will of course make this promise and his voters do will do what he wants and he will never be prosecuted for this and he will never send any money to anyone. This is not dissimilar to the sort of thing that he did with contractors on his buildings in New York. He convinced them to work on the buildings and to actually build them and promise to pay them. After the buildings were built, he didn't pay them. I would imagine that they probably threatened him and maybe even sued him but in the end he paid them nothing.
