If I had the power to do so in an effective way, i think I would be tricking the media to brainwash people that schools and libraries are a problem to society, perhaps by funding schools and libraries with a lot of tax dollars, I'd burn lots of money to make giant schools and library and museums with purposely designed, faulty education systems and tactics to create enough hate towards these systems to eventually push an agenda to completely get rid of them, first I must turn people against these things before creating an agenda to get rid of them, once education in general, including history (museums) are out of the picture you can pretty much control a stupid population.

There are other ways to make people stupid by for example poisoning food and water supply, but if you cut the core of education spreading, there's no return for society and even less any capabilities to retaliate, which will of course make it easier to take over the world but before you can do any of that, you must push for world peace, where all countries fall into unity and under one leader.

If you own blackmail material about people in power you own their butts and you control more or less their power.

You need access to children, women, money and impunity so people like Epstein work for you to collect blackmail material. I think best position to start is to become some influential intelligence agency director.
