My father is dead and my mother lives with her boyfriend in his house. When my parents were married they owned a house. After they divorced my mom moved to a rental apartment and my dad kept the house for a few years before also moving to a rental apartment.
struggle. it is called supply demand. new york won't let ice expel aliens so - aliens fill housing! obviously. that would be available if ice expel them.
