I really don't like basic logic, but he's mostly right here. Europeans didn't invent slavery or were the biggest users of it. They didn't invent colonization, and for the most part Europeans are the only people who feel guilty for their past mistakes

I have literally never heard or read about white people apologizing.
Even in the US, nobody is apologizing. All of the “amends” the guilty white consciouses are pushing are, as a matter of fact, more about perpetuating the entitlement programs through which politicians filch their wealth and keep people of color locked into a cycle of helplessness. None of which amounts to an apology.
Maybe your understanding of “apology” is very different from mine.
