Why are wealthy restaurant customers so picky about their food orders?

I work at fancy dinning room and the people are picky how they want their food. They don’t look happy if you are nice try bring extra To go bag or cookie.
at restarants like Dennys ihop , etc if you do that you usually get happy customers or tips. So why wealthy people are too strict with their food and what they order?

These people have no real lasting joy in life and seek perfection even with trivial things such as food orders because they need to feel extremely exclusive and superior in treatment to try to satisfy their ish egos.
