Democrats keep whining about democracy, democracy, democracy. But how is blocking the overwhelming will of the American people who elected them to do the peoples’ bidding democracy?

In places like the Philippines, for example, election day is not only a national holiday where the people have the day off to spend on the most critically important decision they will make all year, but they have strict voter ID laws that include not only a special photo ID just for voting but it also includes a thumbprint that is checked before you can vote. No voter ID, no vote.

THE PHILIPPINES for crying out loud!

This is the United States America, the most powerful and influential country in the world, the country that INVENTED the concept of putting THE PEOPLE first, not government politicians and bureaucrats!

How can a party that ignores the will of the people and refuses to allow the most basic and obvious security measures to secure the integrity of voting call themselves “Democrats?” It's a joke!

By the way, you can't even get into the Obama Presidential Center library without photo ID.

Yet he rails against requiring ID to vote and actually calls it "racist" ... seriously!

Democrats apparently haven't noticed this is 2026. Yes, their party was founded to give political power to slaveowners, and yes, they have carried on that racism for almost 200 years since their founding, but in 2026, sane people don't think that blacks and minorities are too stupid to obtain ID.

Let's face it. Unless you have an IQ of a rat, you know that not wanting voter IDs is because they want illegal voting. I guess they lost out on ideas and can't do that anymore so they have to just cheat.

But what really chaps my hide is that white liberals can't say that they are too stupid to get IDs, so they use black people as their scapegoat. Despicable.

They're probably afraid Republicans will use it as weapon to discourage voter turnout. The thinking behind that is the more obstacles you put between a person and voting the less likely that voter will cast a vote for a democrat.

Nobody is ignoring the obvious i'm stating the obvious. You probably think a court of law is about truth as well. It's supposed to be. And if both lawyers are good truth wins and justice prevails. But generally it comes down to who assembles the best team and presents the better case. Since most politicians are also lawyers this is very relevant.
