True or false? When you hurt a woman she's more likely to hold a grudge against you than when you hurt a man?

I tend to notice this to be true in women... but what do others think? Also if you agree, why do you think that is?

I can only answer based on my experiences. I generally don't p*ss off other dudes so I don't know how vindictive they can be. I have seen how vindictive women can be though.

I had one friend of mine who was pissed at me for a year because I said no when she asked for sex. That wasn't new to me since I have said no to others and caught the fallout. I did find that laughing at everything they did from that point on only irritated them more.

I do believe in Karma and while I would love to get back at certain people, I don't want the backlash. So I just cut them out of my life. I feel better about myself and others if you just eliminate the bad seeds.

They are more negative in general. Women are rarely happy. And if they are in relationships they tend to blame guys and exes for it. They don't get that living with their crappy moods wear us down bad and drives us nut. Women suck out the happiness of guys until there is none left for either. Put a few girls in a house, you get drama and unhappy bitches stabbing each other in no time. Put a few guys in a house, you get animal house. Unhappy people hold grudgesbecause then they can pretend it's other people's fault.

Nope. My exes had good qualities too and I've always been a good person to them. But I know that finding a women who can be happy and positive day after day isn't easy, it's rare

I'm not surprised by anon's answer. It's a losing battle to convince the men of GAG that the majority of women are not irrational, unhappy, vindictive people, and that both sexes are actually more similar than they are different. Go open up a psychology book and this is plainly evident. I know there are guys who don't have such a negative view of women, but it looks like they're a rare commodity on this site.

same.. I don't usually hold grudges.. I take the bad and use it to make me a better person.. for ex. I take criticism and change that thing about me.. like if I'm not accepting something I really should be. moving on in life is always the best thing to do. people have their reasons. you take the differences and try your best to be fluid and accept that abotu them.

well based on my experience... both do but in different ways, guys are more likely to let go of little things, but something big like cheating they will hold onto forever... but girls are sort of the opposite.. they will forgive for big things, but then be overly dramatic about little things... but probably because they haven't truly gotten over the big thing..lol

I think girls overreact very easily and try to take stuff out on people that many guys would just brush off and move on from. As far as long term grudges and revenge, it comes down the the person. I don't usually hold grudges but if you really push it and hurt me real bad, hell has no furry like a Scorpio... You might as well just take what's coming to you, because there is no escape even if it takes decades. >:)

I think both genders are pretty equal in this sense. It's about the individual on whether they'll hold a grudge. Some people are more stubborn than others
