My girlfriend has photos of her ex in her purse?

I was asked by my girlfriend to get a card from her purse. She never uses her purse normally just carries them around separately in her pocket, unless she needs a certain card that she hardly uses.

As I put the cards away I saw a photo of her with her girl mates, then I noticed her ex boyfriend next to her with his hands on her hip. I didn't mention it at the time, I had a quick look to see if there was anything else and found another photo of her, her girl friend + her boyfriend and her ex in a photo booth pulling faces.

Should I be worried or annoyed?

It isn't like she uses the purse alot, I hardly ever see her get it out. I just kind of thought she would have taken them out by now we have been together a year and a bit

Well if her ex isn't alone with her in the picture then I don't think you should be all that concerned, really. I have a friend who has a picture of her ex in her purse but it is because he is in a picture of her and her two girl friends on a camping trip. If you tell her that you feel uncomfortable with that and she removes them, then it's fine. She may seem stubborn though and refuse to remove them. If she is being stubborn simply because she hates being told what to do, then I wouldn't worry, but if it's for other reasons...but she gave you her purse of her own free will, knowing the pictures were inside and that you may see them, so I think you're okay.

Ask her. If I had pictures of my ex it would be because I wasn't over him cause it seems like after you break up why would want to replay old memories every time you see those pictures. It seems all innocent with her friend and her friends boyfriend in the picture too, but I would think about our relationship and how fun of a day it was with him.

If the picture was of him alone then yes probably. But its of her and her girlfriends and him. NOT a big deal..

just communicate about it instead of putting it here on GaG ;-) she probably just forgot to take them out or something. or she might just like the picture because her friends are on there. anyways her ex is a part of her life , you can't just make it go away obviously , but you can talk about it with her . just say you noticed the photograph and you're a little jealous because her ex is on the photo. don't make a big deal of it - you are not insecure , so don't try to look like it. it's her EX , you are her Boyfriend :)
