I absolutely ADORE old movies (most of my favourites being from the early to mid 60's), and many of them are black and white. I honestly don't see why anyone wouldn't like black and white movies...

Some of my favourites are:
Some Like it Hot ("Well, nobody's perfect."honestly, one of the funniest movies)

Psycho ("We all go a little mad sometimes."ohhhhh, it's so good...)
Those first ones are two of my favorite movies EVER.
Then there's also:
Citizen Kane
Village of the Damned
Creature From The Black Lagoon
House on Haunted Hill
The Haunting
Young Frankenstein
Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?
Plan 9 From Outer Space
I kind of have a thing for classic horror/sci-fi movies. :-)
Anyway, I could go on... there are just so many good ones!

No, I don't think they're boring at all. Black and white films are cool. Its not because they're black and white that I like them, though. I'm a fan of a lot of the older comedy/murder mystery films. Stuff like House on Haunted Hill, the Topper series, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Blithe Spirit.
Love them. I've a fascination with World War 11 movies of which a lot of the best ones are in black and white
Ice Cold in Alex
Schindlers List
The Longest Day
Night and Fog
Attack
Cross of Iron
Come and see
I've only seen three films in black-and-white, and all three were in B&W as a director's choice, not because they're old movies.
Pi (from the director of "Requiem for a Dream," "The Fountain," and "Black Swan"). Excellent film!
Young Frankenstein (from the brilliant mind of Mel Brooks). Another excellent film. It's hilarious!
Clerks (Kevin Smith). A comedy classic!
Human Centipede 2 I liked
I've seen
Dracula, Frankenstein, Invisible Man, Scarface
(I thought they were okay but not great)
Oh and Gamera which is an awesome movie
I've got the Blob and It's a Wonderful Life
on record

Yes I do.
I have to make an exception. I recently saw Young Frankenstein on TCM. It's in black & white. B&W is appropriate for that film.I like them, I've seen some haunted house horror movie and a movie about a guy who pretends he has no arms, then cuts them off to win the love of the girl he likes.
Casablanca,
Citizen Kane and
Its A Wonderful Life...
Loved them all, but it took 3 attempts to watch all three of them. I kept falling asleep, no matter how hard I fought.Nope. There are some good old flicks. I watch black & white movies from time to time.
Casa Blanca is a classic and so is The Artist. The Bad Seed is pretty good and who can forget The Twilight Zone XD
Nah I don't think they're boring at all. Some that I've watched are Roman Holiday, Manhattan, The Search, Some Like it Hot.
depends on the movie, if it has a good story it will still keep me entertained though it would be harder to convince me to watch it
