If I'm trying to use the no-contact rule, should I delete my ex off Facebook?

I've heard and read that the no-contact rule after a breakup actually works. You wish him good luck and leave it at that. If he talks to you, you're supposed to keep it minimal and without talking to him, find ways that he can see that you're doing well and still having fun without him.

My ex and I broke up about a week ago and I'm having a hard time deleting him off Facebook. I'm not even sure if I should. I want him to be able to see new pictures of me having fun and being happy with my friends, but I'm constantly stalking his page and it just makes me miss him more. What should I do?

Girls what I can say is I'm in the same situwation only worse because I work with him every day and we get on the same train so I'm trying this no contact thingy if it dnt work its just not ment to be let it go yes its hard and yes it hurts but at least you can walk away with dignity best way to look at fings is to step bk and look as tho that's your mate in your situwation and b totally honest and what would you say to her then you have your awnser. No, you dnt want to make it seem your upset or really trying the no contact. Just ignore him, dnt like his status, pics or reply to his comments or likes on your fb page. Ignore his msgs and text messaged if their jus heys or wuts ups,

Once you have made up your mind to cut all the communications with him then there is no need for you to care if he sees your new pictures do you?

With the no-contact rule, you want him to think you're doing fine without him. If he sees pictures of you having fun, it might make him miss you more. I'm trying to win him back, not lose contact forever.

Absolutely delete him off your Facebook. Trust me he will end up seeing your pictures either by mutual friends or someone bringing it to his attention. A lot of people seem to cyber-stalk their exes for some point after a relationship. It'll get back to him without having to try.

I wouldn't pay attention to what they're doing. I don't cut them off though. I live with a girl I've been broken up with after a 7 year relationship and we've been done for a year. Well always be good friends though. I just move on once its over.
