Are Kik accounts easily hacked? I have had pictures stolen.

Does anyone know if it is easy to hack Kik accounts. My friend's account was hacked into. And pictures of me were taken and reposted. I am horrified :/

I don't know what "Kik" is but someone has hacked into my gmail account several times and I can pretty much guarantee you that gmail is far more secure then Kik. If someone wants to hack something, they'll find a way.

Best you can do is refrain from putting things online that you'd be horrified of others seeing/reading. As for you current situation you can call or email the administrators and have them take down the posts.
