Would you fight for others right for freedom?

Iran has been authoritarian for 40 years, the link below documents some of how strict and brutul they have been. I's all men by the way... oppressing women. If want to summarize what this war ends up doing... it frees women. Some men cannot handle that because of their religious viewpoints. The root issue being... security/insecurity.

Example below... blinding protestors. That is unheard of in the west, but practice in Iran... if not worse.. actually executing people.

... So this is why Iran cheers when their leaders are taken out. They have tried to fight to no avail. Would you fight to support others freedom?

PS this post is not about the complexity of the war... nuclear weapons, Israel, or other complexities of the issue. It's about freedom, and what it might take to establish such freedoms in an oppressive part of the world. That's right... might take your boots on the ground, your $ into the govts pocket, your support, etc..

There may be a lot of consternation about the war initiated by USA against Iran recently... how it was done, why it was done, is it legal, and lastly... the many lives now paying the price for the decision.

I just found on wikipedia that the cost of a Mark 48 torpedo was 5.39 million dollars back in 2022!

How does it come up to cost that much!!! It is not made of gold. For sure it has sophisticated electronics, but still I don't see how it should cost that much. It is all a scam. Everybody charges 10 times more to rip the public from funds when it is something for the military or stuff like that.

It is very telling on what goes on in the USA. The USA should not criticize other countries for being corrupt because it is corrupt as they are if not more.

For forcing Israel and US to expend a lot on munitions and for the damage caused by their missiles and drones?

They have a lot of oil, so it seems fair.

In the longer term should Persian people get oil revenues paid into their bank accounts instead of going to their gov't which is obviously untrustworthy. That seems a very easy & welcome regime change to me that they would all go for.

Australian Aborigines get royalty checks from miners and they love it. So pretty sure Persians will too.

He said Iran could not launch new air strikes and Iran unleashed Hell on surrounding countries. They have broken Israeli Dome Shield. How can anyone believe this sack of crap anymore? He lies every time he speaks.

If Trump can lie about that , he can certainly lie about molesting little girls.

This plan to protect EU and NATO countries in Europe involves placing nuclear warheads in countries that want them and also those that are considered threatened, especially those in Eastern Europe.
I'm curious, especially about the opinion of Europeans.
