I've never visited Norway but it's on my list and from everything I've heard it seems to be a nice place... But expensive.

I looked up some tickets from my city and it was £30 return flights to Oslo. Not too shabby...

I can't say I have analysed Norway too much. They seem to use their oil money and then make themselves rich.

Unlike the UK which doesn't use its oil, virtue signals about its green credentials, imports it from Norway, and impoverishes and immiserates the population.

Make it make sense.

For my whole life I heard good publicity coming from Scandinavia in general, and I get it, we have a powerful ministry of tourism too. One that spreads the word around the world.

But then when looking at numbers, Norway doesn't disappoint, it still delivers what it sells...

It depends on what we want greatness to be, to me, IHDI is what makes a great country, because it means civil peace and I benefit hugely from that lol

but the idea of "less inequality" does not help the poor it just pulls down the rich to narrow the gap?
also life expectancy has nothing to do with peace. a smoker who moved there, won't live longer! a non smoker who moves out will still have longer expectancy. not due to the country. they have less smokers and less glutton. that is not the country? just personal choice?

As a young person, it depends on what you're looking for. I value job opportunities and opportunities for growth more than peace and quiet. That's why I think the U. S. is a better option, especially Texas, Tennessee, and Florida
