What is your favorite personal sport?

I've played a lot of sport and loved it all..
Younger , I was an AFL footballer , Surf ( still love surf ) , and a very competitive golfer.
Was super intense on the golf , so I like it still now , although nowhere near where I was. But , the rush from all types of surfing , is so kool , and I swim everyday ( not now , pool just closed today ) Grrrrrr Covid , stupid rule.
I didn't really answer the question :( .. All of the above.
I'm with you about the sailing
(Tornado, Fireball, 14footer, 505, IRC keelboats) although I meanwhile find bigger events to be too commercialized. I prefer ''round the cans''.
I'd still play table tennis as well - but hereabouts there's too little opportunity.
I love sailing local regattas! I enjoy biking, walks, fishing, riding horses, swimming. When I had more time, I played tennis, softball, volleyball, rollerbladed, kyaked, and was up for just about anything.
I forgot scuba diving. I got certified when I was younger, but only went a few times. I enjoyed that too.
Thank you for the MHO. ❤
Badminton.
I've played it when I was younger.. Kinda regret I stopped, miss it.
Love watching it too, a big fan of Viktor Axelsen.

Horse and dog sports. Riding motorcycles and Taekwondo. Lots of others. It feels good to enjoy sports. Always wanted to learn to surf. Went to the beach with a neighbor friend when I was a teen, as he promised to teach me… he left me holding the board on the shoreline. One day I plan to find a better teacher. Or figure it out myself.
Sailing sounds fun too. The cost of riding horses was too much I can only imagine learning to sail. Good to know people I assume.
My favourite is Rugby, only you asked for personal. Does that mean singular or can I pick a team sport?
Cheers buddy.
Basketball. Working out improves your game and my favorite play is blocking a shot because people usually get angry like its not part of the game they expected.

Auto racing. I love most sports but I'm not able to participate anymore.
Swimming. Not only it’ll save your life but it opens up a whole new range of other activities. There is always something magical about seeing the world underwater.
