Paintball players, can you die after getting shot in the neck point blank by a paintball or would it just hurt a lot?

You would have to get hit in the temple at point blank range, and even then, I am not sure if that would kill you.

If the paintball perforates or causes a corroded artery dissection then yes, it is possible.
