To go with reality I don't think ANY woman can go against professional men in any sports, we have gender divisions for a reason
Especially since the greatest female fighter was easy knock out for an Amateur male

I have two minds on this.
The main solution I personally favor is to keep women's sports strictly for biological females, or "ciswomen" using this new-fangled terminology, and even call it that "biological female sports" or "ciswomen's sports". Then what we normally call "men's" sports is open to anyone, male or female or intersex or whomever as a pure meritocracy.
Yet there is one other solution I sometimes entertain, and that's to eradicate women's sports entirely (including women's spaces in general) and leave only coed sports and coed spaces.
I know the arguments around it that women will barely be able to compete in a coed space and I agree. We're not going to be seeing women beat Usain Bolt at 100m dash or outlift Brian Shaw or anything else.
Still, that argument should apply just as well for any physically-demanding jobs like infantry, firemen, roofers, masons, paramedics, lineworkers, etc. If we're working towards a true meritocracy where we judge people based on their qualifications as individuals and not based on things like their sex, then I don't see why sports should be exempted with the argument that women aren't qualified to compete against men when we it would be considered sexist to make that argument in all these other job sectors.
So the two solutions I favor is one where we deeply and collectively acknowledge that, on average, biological women or "ciswomen" are inferior at certain tasks over biological males/"cismen", and segregate special spaces for women just like we do with the Paralympics for disabled people. The main spaces are open to anyone who has the metaphorical (not literal) balls to compete against biological males. If we do that, then I think we should do that not just for sports but any physically demanding jobs where biological females could be disadvantaged.
Or the other is a super progressive solution where we just completely desegregate everything with a Verhoeven-esque futuristic society where we completely turn a blind eye to sex differences and only care about individuals which means all spaces are coed (sports, showers, bathrooms, prisons, everything).
What doesn't make sense to me and seems hypocritical is to segregate away women's sports on the account that women are physically inferior to men while still allowing women to sue a construction firm for refusing to hire her based on her sex, e. g. We can't have it both ways as I see it. Either we collectively view women as physically inferior and segregate and even allow exclusion of women from certain spaces and men from certain spaces or we strive not to do so and desegregate.
Those are the two ideologically consistent solutions to me, and I favor consistency above all else when it comes to rules.
Because rules that aren't consistently adhered to across the board result in corruption and never-ending conflict and never-ending debate with no resolution ever in sight.
So if we're pro-segregation and in favor a way of judging people based on things like their sex or race, then I think we aren't segregating enough actually. There are many jobs where being physically inferior should close the doors on all applicants who belong in a group considered physically inferior.
If we're anti-segregation and against judging people as anything but wholly unique individuals, we're segregating way too much. We should desegregate.
I did something sneaky above and mentioned race as well but I do want people to consider that. For example, how many Asians like me can practically compete against black Americans in basketball? Our height is substantially shorter, on average. The average height of an NBA player is 6'7. How many Asians are there there are 6'7?
So we can play this game with race too and segregate by race. And we can do it even for things that aren't physical like spatial and visual acuity, psychological tendencies, etc.
There have been quite sickening knock outs of female fighters by unranked amateur male fighters. The Lady Tyson was one of the worst. When I saw it I thought her neck was broken was yelling at the trainer (on TV) to not cradle her head.
So I agree entirely.
But women are going to bitch and moan about it. Plus whine about unequal pay despite unequal gate receipts. I'm over it.
So if they are wanting to get in the ring and die maybe feminists will start getting that women aren't as strong no matter how empowered the woman feels. The fights must be equal with the same gloves for men and women without any equalizing rules.
Even women vs women is problematic. In Australian Rules Football a woman was killed in the first season. Its a tough game. There are a lot of breast injuries. But the women bitched and moaned against modified rules for women.
The Williams sisters claimed they could beat any male tennis player under the 200th seed. So at an Australian Open a demonstration match was arranged with #201. The Williams were wiped in straight sets. I think they only took 1 or 2 games. Fresh after that they started claiming they could beat any man under 300th seed.
They are never going to stop bitching, moaning, whining and whinging. The only way to achieve the modest goal of shutting them up, is to remove gender based divisions until the feminists give up and start demanding gender based divisions.
I do feel sorry for US female sports stars because getting knocked out by trans women at the college level means they won't get to compete in the Olympics which they have from 1900. You think the rest of the world is going to agree to allow XY's compete in women's sports?
Nah it will just happen without US women competing.
Girl i’ll be damned if i could fight a woman let alone a man lmao. Ngl i was play fighting with my brother and he is 9 years younger than me. He told me i am going easy on you just so you know, and i said yeah right and he went hard and he actually fucked me up😭 he didn’t even hit puberty at that point. I can not imagine what grown man could do there is no way. I would never sign up for such a thing. But that’s just me respect to her.
If women were as good as men then we won't have gender divisions in sports
Imagine if she was put against Mike Tyson or something lol

Yes as long as that is what they choose to do. I'm about freedom.
It's stupidity in many cases and probability of injury and death increases. Don't ask me to pay for that.
What should not be allowed is a woman is required to compete against a male body to win a womens title. That angers me they are so damn selfish and ignorant. There are times you have to stand up and say "no"... even if it hurts peoples feelings. Their trans feelings... are F'd up by definition! Trans people need to have respect for women, it's not all about them. If necessary, have a trans division...
Such a tiny percent of the population less than 1% fuck it up for the 99%That is the new fair. No talent guys only way to win , say you are a woman. and steal. The wins and scholarships that were for real woman are given to chicks with dicks
@DARKCLOUD1945X it makes no sense at all, thanks. it's the greatest abuse on women.
Of course. Make sure they know all the risks going in, and you're not going to have many people wanting to enter the co-ed boxing league- and those who do will tend to leave pretty damn quickly- but they're adults; let them make their own choices.
Given how the knee-jerk response has seen gender-segregated chess leagues, it's not hard to see that some thought is called for. Combat sports? Yeah, okay. Running and weight lifting? Well, even the best of the best are going to struggle to compete, but that's pretty harmless. But horsemanship? Figure skating? Target shooting? Many forms of athletics are perfectly reasonable to allow mixed competitions.
She was the greatest female fighter of her time... 54-0! With lot of Knock outs
Literally there was no woman in the world at that time who could even survive a fight with her
Now, if someone like her got "knocked out" cold in 2nd round , very easily.. by a random AMATEUR of same weight class... this has to be the ultimate proof why there must be no intergender fights
Honestly, Amateur heavyweights would literally murder any woman.. so if you put women against professional heavyweights like Jon Jones or something.. you're trying to murder women
1 punch from a male is enough to kill a woman
do the math yourself
males are stronger, faster and tougher, for sports you need this traits, sorry to break it to some people but we don't live in a fictional world, hard work alone doesn't beat talent/gifted always.
Absolutely not I know the whole world is about "equality" and all that but if you were to do this it wouldn't benefit anyone.
Women would be getting seriously injured if not killed.
Men wouldn't gain anything from easy victories everyone learns something from a challenging fight against a worthy opponent but no one learns nor gains anything from a one sided slaughter.
And having fought women multiple times when I was doing martial arts this is something I can contest to personally. And yes I know there are outliers and that there are a few women out there that could fight on par with professionals but they are not the majority.
It's to dangerous and there's to much risk.
According to science Men punch 162% harder than women and also male bodies and skull can take hits and damage much better than female bodies
You made a valid point, we have gender divisions for a reason , if there was no gender division, female athletes won't typically exist.. because honestly best female in a sport is not anywhere near the best males and that's a harsh truth
At the end of the day let's just support each other's sports
For women safety no, feminism has filled many women with empowerment delusions.
Nope cause this is a joke! 😄
No matter how hard a woman tries to be strong and empowered, she will always remain a woman who have borders and limits that she can never cross...
Your opinion sounds like the dialogue of a antagonist in a woke movie but that's a good thing !
Let's stick to reality
That's the reality 😏
This comes as a surprise to nobody who has ever been hit in the face full force. She did great with what she had to work with, but it's not a fair comparison.
no but you can use one special occasion Ronda Rousey, versus a contender in her own weight class to see what happens, but if she starts getting in trouble, you have to stop the fight immediately
I mean they could but realistically that would be very boring cause there's no ways the woman could won.
Let those who are primitive enough to see assaulting or attacking others as " sports" feel the pain.
Their body - their choice.
No women's sports are for women not men who pretend they are women
What will happen is that people will stop watching sports all together.
No men should not be allowed to fight in the women's league
According to Google, Punching power of men is 162% higher than women... enough said
I don't think there should be a law against it, but I don't think it's a good idea
No. Men's physical and muscular strength are 40-60% higher than women's.
Hell no! Women would get killed this is why we have weight classes
Women shouldn't be allowed to do anything outside of breed and take care of children
