This is how i trained when I was 20 years old, before I had the two mini-strokes I've suffered later in life.
At home:
2 sets of 50 push-ups per day
20 pull-ups per day
100 jumping jacks per day
100 situps per day
Run 1.5 miles per day
Dojo (Cardio Kickboxing)
Includes another 100 push-ups and sit-ups along with rope-ups, supermans, lunges, and about an hour of kickboxing to music on a heavy water bag.
Dojo (Traditional Karate and Japanese Ju Jitsu)
Includes Warm-up, which is 100 more pushups, 100 situps, 100 jumping jacks.
Basics, which is 10 reps each basic hand strike, kick, and block in a mirror on cadence. There are 11 basic kicks and 15 basic hand strikes in the style and 8 basic blocks, though we say there are no "dedicated blocks" in okinawan karate, because any strike can be a block and any block can be a strike.
Kumite (20 to 30 minutes of positional sparring)
Kata and Bunkai (20 to 30 minutes)
Submissions (30 minutes)
Full contact Sparring other black belts as close to "no rules" as possible (30 minutes)
What do you think of this? I was training that way for about the last 3 or 4 years of my "Karate and ju jitsu" years.
The training in Gracie Ju Jitsu at the Gracie United gym pales in comparison. It's a joke. They never work on striking at all, and they're not that good at grappling. I literally tapped out "professional fighters" one-handed, and God is my witness.
The training at Dana White's UFC gym pales in comparison. Yes. I've joined and trained there before, and it's a joke. The boxing conditioning class is legit, but the ju jitsu class is for white belts. It takes them too long to teach real skills to anybody.

Your past training regime was quite intense and comprehensive, combining strength, cardio, martial arts techniques, and sparring. It must have helped build remarkable physical and mental resilience. However, given your history of mini-strokes, it's crucial to prioritize safety and recovery by consulting healthcare professionals before resuming intense workouts. Balancing intensity with rest and ensuring your body is not overstrained is important. Your experience in various disciplines can guide you in tailoring a safer, effective routine that respects your current health needs. 🏋️♂️🥋
I've been cleared to participate in training, and in fact they want me to try to get back to my old self. It's just pretty hard with 50% numbness in my left hand and both feet. I find as long as I don't tell my opponent I'm weaker than them, I can still beat them with submissions they've never seen before or didn't realize really worked.
