Because it is okay to objectify. Why they are hypocrites about it on the other side is another issue entirely.

actually, everything is wrong with objectifying people. They are not things you look at and say "Uh, this one has a nice booty." It's always a person that has feelings and worries about things and what people might think of them. You should never objectify anyone.
Secondly, whoa, slow down. Stop insulting feminists, for god's sake. What does everybody have against feminism? It's such an important thing, with people trying hard to reach political and economical equality. What do you think feminists do? Hate on men? This is not how it works. True feminists work for EQUAL TREATING of people, which includes men AND women.
And again, a "as you do me, I do you" is not acceptable - in either way. Neither men nor women should objectify people.
