Im not a social media user, I have Facebook which I check about once every two weeks and only have about 70 people on Facebook all of whom are close friends and family. I see some of the panic attacks and over reactions my friends have over some or other social media comment or like from a guy, maybe I’m the naive one but my mental health is pretty good because I’m not on it 😂

I've actually had a ex girlfriends who would stop asking you to hang out, or call you out if you don't "like" or comment their post.
I just couldn't bring myself to it too keep up with social media that I haven't been active since high school. Being on it gives me some type of social anxiety
Yes. No one cares about your latest shitty duck face pictures, or the 3000 pictures you took with the phone directly in your face with a dumb filter, completely covering up your face so we can't even see the thing you're taking a picture of. The way some people act, you'd think they die if they went without their selfie stick for 5 minutes.
I don't post often because I don't spend every day of my life taking pictures. Yeah the occasional photo where I feel confident I post because it makes me feel good about myself, but some girls (guys too) care way too much about social media.
Perhaps if they divert at least half of their energy from social media and use it to actually ask their guys the questions they are asking us? just a thought - - - - -

I don't actually have many social media accounts, so perhaps it doesn't affect me as much as it does other women.
I never got it either, but I think in an age of social media, it has it's own sort of "culture" or "etiquette" where people feel it's necessary for each other to acknowledge their partner.
It's not even close, it's ALWAYS girls who post what I call 'social media validation' questions. They truly believe all that nonsense means something.
Yes it’s sooo hard not to though lol we think everything has a double meaning but it’s because we put a lot of thought into what we do on social media so we think you guys do the same.
