Can a person be too ugly for social media?

I don’t have a Facebook, IG, or Twitter account. I have a Snapchat but I hardly ever post on there. I feel too ugly for social media. Social media showed me that there are so many pretty women in the world. A few years back when I was apart of social media I realized that I was ugly. People always ask me why I don’t have social media. The truth is, is that it showed me exactly how ugly I was. Another thing is that some women actually get paid on IG for being extremely beautiful. It gave me a shocking perception on what beauty is and what it is not. It also made me realize that I am a grade D or F in the looks department. It helped me to accept who I really am though. Some people who are in the same category as me don’t mind posting and embarrassing themselves. As for me I just absolutely can not make a fool of myself.

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret - all those beautiful girls on Instagram edit their photos to make themselves look better. If you want to have social media, go for it. I personally don't use it because it's a silly waste of time and I have no use for it. It doesn't matter what you look like. You might not get a whole lot of likes, but that shouldn't be your main priority. Have fun with it. That's what matters the most.

You are probably overreacting.

I doubt you are as ugly as you think and maybe you are wrong about people making fools of themselves by posting pics if they're indeed ugly. That's just the way they look.

I swear to God I’m not overreacting lol. I am not an attractive women at all. That’s okay though, and you are right though maybe people feel more comfortable with themselves. Who am I to say they should be embarrassed.

the number of girls on here that think and say they're ugly and then post a pic of someone way above average is astounding. I seriously think some girls have their wiring crossed or something but maybe you are one of the truly bad looking people. If that's the case its not the end of the world

There is no accomplishment in women (mostly) exploiting their bodies on social media. 99% of social media is fake - edited/posed extremely hard for. Don't use it as a standard. Be above.

Photos highlight your stationary facial attributes and not the dynamic ones like smile , wonder , fear , tiredness, etc these alone can actually make someone beautiful but only a real pro and artist can capture those expressions on 2D photos
