I thought this was a crime already. They did close the loophole where, if you’re embarrassed about how little you’re packing, you send someone else’s and then claim it isn’t yours by stating “an unsolicited sexual image” instead of just a lewd picture of yourself.

Its unenforcable. US law doesn't mean jackshit anywhere else. Also most use a VPN anywsy so unless its an extreme case. Most will not be worth following up.

It's in the UK and they said something like it has to be "intentionally sent in order to cause distress" or something along those lines. Good luck proving that in court.
