What's wrong with Spotify?

Mines been doing this for months I'm sick that everyone's works perfectly mine is shit I'm about ready to give up. It won't let me subscribe anymore it did before. I've tried everything on and offline better internet using my laptop nothing is working. And my card doesn't expire for 4 years I've tried every payment plan nothing.

What's going on? Anyway to fix this?

I use SoundCloud cause Spotify always ends up logging me out for some reason
