Mac Studio or Used Video Card?

my current pc is over 5 years old at least the processor and mobo is core i7 7820x. the videocard fans are making a lot of noise and no i'm not going to pop open the fan and videocard chassis to put new thermal paste and thermal pads on the vram so don't even suggest that. my question is should i spend 500 on a used video card or 2000 on a new mac studio. i'm sick of the forced upgrades on windows i'm sick of having to fix all the security holes in windows only to have those same security holes open back up when micro$haft does another one of their forced updates i'm sick of the high watts in the videocards now and processors which is getting ridiculous and i don't want to spend another 150-300 replacing the damn powersupply because the video card will need 600+ of power. I need a minimum of 8gb of vram requirement for my work which is photo editing, music beat making, mild video editing, picture books. my current phone is a galaxy s21 which has been causing me tremendous issues with the camera and apps freezing and lagging and crashing and i'm due for an upgrade on my phone anyways so if i go with a mac studio i can get an iphone to sync up with it. my current pc only has 1 thunderbolt port which pisses me off too because the thunderbolt ports run a lot faster then the crappy outdated usb ports. so my question is should i spend the 500 on a used outdated video card or get the mac studio. the only convient thing about the used video card would be i wouldn't have to transfer any of my data over to the new computer though most is already on backup external drives with the exception of the stuff on my internal ssd and nvme drives and the only other downside is mac doesn't have any built in paint programs unlike windows which can sometimes be a lot faster and more convient then opening photoshop elements all the time to do minor tweaks or changes to photos
