Dwell tach meter. Use it to check the gap on the points and set the idle speed on the carb. Put a tming light with this thing and you can do a tune up.

Yes, I have used one of these. The last time I used it was when I wanted to put my old tachometer on my riding lawnmower. I had to figure out which wire was the trigger and it was easier to do it with this meter.

Ah it’s also a dwell meter for setting the points, I still have an actual dwell meter and timing light
