Can anyone on here give advice with manual transmission cars?

Like some many things, it's somewhat a learned skill.
To start moving from a stop press on the accelerator (gas peddle) to increase the motor speed (RPM) and let the clutch out slowly.

Not long. When I learned, I wasn't under any pressure, I learned in an empty parking lot.

During my first lesson my instructor kind of put me on a tight road with cars parked near the curbs and then made me go around a roundabout from a main road onto a wider road so that I could practice shifting as well as clutch control. For the first time, my clutch control wasn’t bad as all, but on my second go, I had to go over a bit of a hill and rolled back and kind of stalled. I stalled quite a bit on my second go compared to my first go because there were a lot of cars parked in my way and a lot of cars going through as well. However, on my second go driving a manual, I very smoothly shifted the gears. It came naturally to me.

Try sitting on a hill without moving using only the clutch. See how low rpm you can hold it at.

That's awesome! I have had only two driving lessons on a manual transmission. My gear shifting is good, but I have a bad habit of leaving my foot on the break as I am releasing the clutch whilst moving off from a complete stop, which eventually leaves me stalling the car.

Okay, how do you have your foot on the brake when you are accelerating. Should be one foot on the clutch, the other on the accelerator.

I had my left foot on the clutch and my right foot on the break when I had to stop. However, I stalled the engine right before moving off and pressing the accelerator.

Then you either let the clutch out too fast or didn't give it enough gas (or both). Did the car jump?

Yeah, just one jump and then I had to restart the engine again.

I have only driven a manual twice which was in his car and during my second time that I drove the manual I started shifting and he said that my shifting was good, but I kept stalling whilst moving off from first gear due to me being scared to accelerate smoothly and my foot was on the brake. My anxiety is preventing me from being able to drive in general and I want to know what I could potentially do about it. 😁

Like anything else it takes practice. Practice in an empty partking lot. Find one that is level so you do not have to deal with hills right away. Get used to not having a foot on the brake when you are in gear.
You will quickly learn the basics. Then try an do hill stops and starts. That is the hardest thing but you can do it. It just takes practice.
A friend of my fathers had a VW and he was over our house one day and he let me take his car into the vacant lot down the street and practice. 'That is how I learned to drive a stick.
