Yes and no, technology helps people that are generally less adaptable to remembering or cycling correct learned information than normal.

Yes it's a known fact that if you don't train your mind, you won't remember or by extention improve your mental capabilities.

I grew up in the Early 80s / 90s where no cell phones existed, you remembered numbers by paper, planners, or sheer memory.

While technology has been a boon for most people, I'm sure once you take it away, there will be even more people wondering what to do.

My advice, use technology in moderation.

In my own opinion. Some may disagree. I think technology makes some people feel like they're invincible or untouchable. Like they can do no wrong. Even if they have done some pretty fucked up things from behind the screen...

I think if you're referring to the internet then I'm not sure what's going on but it does seem like people are having a harder time socializing in the real world.

Just overall they can't converse or they act strange socially. I know not all of these people are on the spectrum either.

Enabler makes people stupid. They live in their bubbles and when something or someone tried to burst it, their enablers come and protect the bubbles. I understand if they get paid for it, but most of the time, they don't.

Technology has been around since the dawn of man. So, presuming you're talking about a particular type of technology, such as the calculator, then it's debatable, isn't it? Sure I can divide 2182394732947 by 23 by using long division. But, it wouldn't be very efficient or intelligent considering I have a tool that will do it for me.

I don’t get why people blame things on their actions? They’re things! They’re meant to be used. So if people abuse or get addicted to these things, it’s on them! It’s like blaming food for their weight gain. It won’t eat itself!
