Have you ever done it?
I have seen some YouTube videos about it and they ask for using USB debugging option. I'm concerned that if it is safe to enable it or not.
You mean the wifi card on your laptop isn't working, or that your wifi isn't connecting on your laptop?
If it's the wifi card then get a USB network adaptor for like 5 bucks and that will let you connect to your wifi when you plug it in.
If it's your wifi signal, then you can enable a mobile hotspot on your mobile to connect your laptop to that wifi that way. But it uses your mobile data - so watch out for costs.
If it's an Android it should have a tether setting in the general settings. You can follow the instructions here: support.google.com/android/answer/9059108?hl=en

Hey buddy just listen me. You can do usb tethering, connect phone to your pc with usb cable then go to phone settings select connection sharing -> Portable hospot-> usb tethering.
What you're telling me is USB tethering (That's for using... Mobile internet into the PC)
I already knew about that... But thanks for your effort.
What I'm asking is... Reverse USB tethering (That's for using... PC's internet i. e., LAN in my mobile)
