Having trouble deleting my UpWard dating account?

I canceled my subscription, but I can’t delete my dating account. It’s saying that my account is still active and that I need to manage my subscription before deleting. I’m confused because I canceled my subscription. Anyone know the problem here. It would be appreciated.

If I make a new dating account with a new phone and new phone number will I still have my subscription from the application? The email I used is different from my Apple ID email.
