Why are there so many bullies on reddit?

Does anyone else here use reddit? Have you encountered any toxicity on there? If so, why do you think so many people on there are mean and toxic? Why are there so many bullies on that site?

I have not noticed much difference online vs. real life
Anyway I’m not sure why there’s so many bullies but they all seem insecure about something.

Its the internet. We live in an evil society. Bullies are all over the Internet. Not just reddit.

bullies are always gonna exist no matter what. even bullies can take on the disguise of a victim and garner sympathy. sometimes "tough love" can be misinterpreted as bullying.

I already located a gag user on that site and they were not bullying anyone. I’m Happy Indigo Reader on Reddit.

I just use the sub reddits with good moderation. So, I haven’t had an issue with it.

I use it and that at place is hard to describe there are so many people of all types over there.

I don't know which workplace you're in, but I've never been bullied at work.
