It's pretty technical, but you don't have to understand all the words to appreciate the complexity and the graphics.

I love these types of animated simulations of biomolecular processes. They're the perfect mix of "realistic" (not really, but kinda), pop, psychedelic, creepy, unsettling but also satisfying.
P. S.: Fuck you coronavirus!
I know. The real thing would be far too messy to see what's going on (for example, where's the raw material for all those chains coming from?). It still gives a really nice insight.
Yeah, also due to the stuff's sizes on the molecular level, our eyes would not be able to actually see most of it anyway since light cannot reflect off things that small. It will always have to be a schematic represantation. Pretty frustrating, but also amazing how well they're done.
Yes, it made me VERY sick for over three weeks in bed!
Sorry to hear that. I had a long night of fever and a few days of feeling unwell.
I still can't believe, as far as I know, have never got it.
Thanks, unfortunately I ended up getting that long covid. The worst thing about it (well other than missing ½ a year of school that i have to repeat) is that I still have this metallic/chemical taste and smell. It REALLY sucks, and totally kicked my ass!
@Friendlybro79 Well, depending on how old you are, you may have gotten it and not even known? Most young people who get it report little to no symptoms! Almost everyone I know got it, and the worst case (other than my Nightmare on Elm Street / The Purge on steroids version I ended up getting) was a day of feeling a little achy with the sniffles! So who knows, you might have already gotten it, or you may just be a statistical anomaly and just got lucky and didn't get it? If so good for you! 🥰
I agree with you @CrazyGirl2. I am definitely not sure if I got it but it's def possible I was asymptomatic. That said I haven't even had the sniffles since a year prior to COVID. I'm 43 now but in good health so not technically the higher risk bracket either. I keep telling my doctor I'm the cure but he doesn't believe me lol.
@Friendlybro79 LOL, well given that my mom is a doctor (trauma surgeon), I doubt she would believe you if you told her you were the cure either LOL 😂
No one takes me seriously EVER sheesh.
@Friendlybro79 LOL 😂
Informative and interesting-thanks.
