Of course. You can build it or buy it.
You can use any board. But Raspberry is probably the cheapest.

But if your printer has an ethernet port, then it can be plugged directly into your router and added onto the network. If not, then you can buy a printer server box for it which acts as a bridge to put your printer onto the network.
I don't think so.
Maybe you can buy a USB - wifi antenna, but than you still got the problem wether or not the printer will actually accept data this way and wether or not its shown as wireless printer and so on.
And even with everything working, its probably cheaper and less troublesome to buy a new printer.

Yes, there is a print server that will work but it costs 300 bucks. There is software that will do it but you have to open the page you are printing in a web browser.
Not that I know about but would love to be able to do that without disrupting the quality of print.
