Instagram announced that this week they are releasing a new app called Threads which is designed for text-based conversations. It looks like it’ll be available later this week.

Don't get me wrong, Twitter sucks ass and Elon made it a million times worse... but to trust Instagram with it? Yeah, literally owned by Meta, which means that it's a Zuckerberg creation. Not much better.
