Simple question. who has A/C?

I'm in California, and it's around 100F (about 38C) today, and such heat in the summer is normal - though at least it's rarely very humid here. But, yes, most people in California have AC because it's hell here for 4-5 months a year if you don't. The majority of homes have central heating and air, but definitely some older places or "owner-built" places don't, especially older ones.
None. It's almost never needed around here. If it was, I'd probably try these inventive solutions:

I live in the South... its currently 96 outside with a heat index of 111, and 54% humidity.
With that being said, you'd die without an ac down here-
Damn right I have air conditioning: my house is like a meat locker and I'm okay with that.
It’s Mexico in Toronto currently. It’s stupid hot and going outside is painful. I don’t usually complain about heat but this week, I am. I do have Air Con at my home. In all the rooms.
@Staximus do you live in Toronto?
@Staximus hmmm

We have central a/c but my landlord is a cheap bastard and doesn't want to pay his share of the electric bill to run it, even though he lives in one of the rooms in the house. I used to work in a kitchen in front of a bunch of ovens, I could care less. We just let him suffer until he turns on the a/c.
Yep, there are two units outside my family’s house. Whatever they are called, one does the upstairs and the other the downstairs.
So far all these places we are visiting all have ac in hotels… even when it’s in the 70s outside. Due to humility.
the current hotel lobby doesn’t have ac in but it’s not so hot week in this part of Thailand.
I don't have it but I used to have it back home. Now, I have a fan.
Do you?
i do yes
In my room and the living room. None of the other rooms have A/C.
suks for them
I live in the UK, I don't have A/C it is NOT common in the UK for homes to have A/C because we do not have the wide temperature range that is common on the US, though we have A/C in some of the newer commercial builds but still not all.
I do but for the last three summers I didn’t and I was really hit. I had was some fan and a window A/C that would only good enough for one room. Luckily I knew some people that change and fix my A/C for $200 and it’s great.
One in the bedroom - as kind of standard stuff in a local mid-class home for rent.
Central, with the ability to clock it for most rooms.
Yes, I have window ACs through out the house.
Yes. Everywhere. Don’t always need it, but it is glorious!
I call it AWCO, it stands for All Windows Can Open.
Yes, but I prefer a fan.
Yes, my whole house has air conditioners.
