😱😱😱 Ever drop your phone, FREAK OUT, and pray it is still working when you pick it up?

I bought a Samsung phone, and the salesman was really nice. But his sales pitch was a bit off. He told me I could use the Samsung while taking a shower. He also told me that that particular phone would work great while underwater.


I admired his enthusiasm, but I can’t really think of an instance where I would want to make a phone call while I underwater.


The Jaws movie comes to mind, But even if I could make that call deep in the ocean, what would the response time to be for my rescuers?

A comedian talked about a flight that he once took. He said that he was 30,000 feet above the bearing sea. But he was reassured by the flight attendant, that in case of a plane crash in freezing water, his seat cushion would double as a buoyancy device. She further reassured that each cushion had a whistle attached to it.

So screw the Samsung smart phone, just get yourself a nice whistle.
