It usually happens on both depending on your network. If you're on a VPN or a public Wi-Fi, sites use CAPTCHAs to prevent bot traffic. Switching to cellular data often bypasses it.
Using AI to level up ONLY because i typed out a thousand-word esoteric answer to a question in the sexuality topic and it says i need to level up first
