No, I don't trust Ai for factual statements and thats coming from someone who has been involved in the AI hobby since 2019.
Interesting. I don’t think humans are all that much more trustworthy.
They aren't, wikipedia is full of slander but looking at the talk tab helps.
Problem is the AI models are trained on wikipedia, and then remember it wrong and are confidently incorrect as they are still really advanced auto completes at the end of the day.
Its like tasking a student to write the article from memory and they do but remember it wrong.
AI models are bound within certain rules and instructions that are given to them from the designers/programmers. So Grok will automatically be better because Elon believes in free speech and learning and not pushing certain narratives. In a time where people are stuck in echo chambers and are told what to believe without reason or debate, it is brilliant to have somewhere that people can decide what they want to believe and promote critical thinking.
@curiousandhonest More desirable bias yes, capable of writing articles without hallucination isn't gonna happen yet. Tech isn't there yet.
Sounds good, I will check it out. I have recently moved to using grok mainly
Smart move!
I've used it a couple of times. and it works well.
I can hardly wait for Elon‘s Optimus robot to come out. Your robot spends all day cooking , cleaning, washing your car and doing yardwork. Then when you go to bed at night, you send your robot off to its factory job to earn a paycheck for you.
lol. that would be nice.
You should check out some of the YouTube videos on Optimus. Elon said that at least half of the technology went into making the hands. If you send Optimus to the kitchen to get you a cold beer, it would be able to sense the temperature of the cans with its hands. 😁
And they really did talk about renting your robot out for factory work. The factories won’t have to pay them the same wage as a human, because there’s no robot labor laws. So to the factories, it would be like having a crews full of illegal aliens from Honduras! If your Optimus is out in the yard mowing your lawn and it senses, raindrops, it sends you a text message that it’s taking the day off and heads to the garage and plugs itself in.
The initial cost will be around $50,000 to $70,000, but after they scale up mass production they’re gonna be down to $20,000.
Why are you only asking this question to guys?
I don't see what good Grok is going to do because the leftist media is still going to use Wikipedia. It's like Fox News, they report factual news, but no one knows about it because the leftists all watch CNN and the others.
Are you gonna use Wikipedia?
