New Glenn 2 Booster after landing on Jacklyn Barge

On the afternoon of 13 November 2025, Blue Origin successfully launched its New Glenn rocket for the second time (NG-2) from Cape Canaveral in Florida..

After the first stage booster landed on the Jacklyn Barge in the Atlantic Ocean, about 350 miles (560 km) from the launch site, the second stage continued on to orbit where it launched NASA's two ESCAPADE satellites (called blue and gold) on their way to Mars.

Did you watch the launch, and watch the booster stick the landing?

I didn't watch. We can often see launches from Jacksonville but I had no idea anything was going up recently.

I did not. I look forward to hearing about actual missions more than the means to deploy them.

I don't know anything about these latest rockets. Hopefully they aren't dumb enough to carry fuel during reentry into the atmosphere while carrying people
