Why Would Some Chick I Knew Years Ago Add Me Back On Steam?

When she originally unfriended me because she got triggered at me making fun of her fat face (at the time, allegedly she doesn't anymore). She claimed she wanted my "technical" expertise as she was considering upgrading her PC, but also confessed already did research beforehand and acknowledged that AI chatbots make my usefulness obsolete. Clearly seeks or desires something out of me beyond just said utilitarian claim; Steam isn't a social network, so there's no legitimate reason to catfish me lol. Also we were Steam friends years before generative AI could produce convincing deepfakes and other media, and I can tell by the way she writes messages and presents her profile it's not a dude.

Now of course, maybe that user might be some tranny but I wouldn't be able to definitively prove that. I thought it was strange she still remembers a lot about me, when I constantly change my avatar, username, and profile URL as well as Steam deleting older messages over time; her excuse was she knew it was me because I left behind comments ln her profile. She also in the past admitted I'm not her type and she allegedly had a boyfriend at the time, so I don't know what's up and she revealed she was a teenager back then. I was a young adult, but 16 here in Canada is the legal age of consent so it's fine (it used to be 14 until like 2008 when it got raised up). I was also informed by her she did want to block me before but didn't due to her being empathetic apparently?

I don't know, but I remember when I used to hang out on "Christian" social networking sites. There was a girl that was being mean to me in the chats. Then she joined another "Christian" social networking site. One that I had been on for several years. She thought this one looked so much cooler than the one I had come in contact with her on. She started acting friendly to me and said that we should try to get the other people to join. I thought to myself I am not your friend. Last I ever saw of her. All I got to say is, some people are very strange!

Why would she change her behaviour, just because of the platform?

I think because she didn't have her friends with her, and I was the only person she was familiar with on that site. I had similar experiences with some people in real life too.
